About Hannah Day

I absolutely love teaching the mom community in Kelowna. I grew up here and moved away for almost 10 years, coming back to raise my family. My specialty is Prenatal Yoga and Mom & Baby Yoga. My daily dose of yoga helps me with the everyday mom-life battles, including listening to Peppa Pig on repeat the entire car ride!

Mom & Baby

Yoga offers stimulation for the body and mind; it  strengthens muscles and encourages flexibility. Our Mom + Baby Yoga series is great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth!

By joining our Mom + Baby yoga classes, you are caring for your own physical and mental health without leaving your little one behind. In fact, our yoga classes and instructors integrate baby into the movement, so that your little one bonds with you while helping you strengthen those muscles (babies aren’t exactly light!).

Our Mom & Baby Yoga series is suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old to pre-crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary; All are welcome at MOGA, and we offer tea and a chat after every class. No makeup classes offered for missed classes. No refunds.

MOGA Moms classes offer an opportunity for mom to bond with baby and with fellow mothers.

Connect with your body and baby

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy and childbirth is the most difficult journey your body will go through. Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening prenatal yoga series. With our 8-week prenatal yoga series, you will work towards calming your mind and strengthening your body while improving your flexibility and preparing yourself for birth and motherhood..

Prenatal yoga can strengthen your pelvic muscles, ease back pain, and improve circulation. Yoga can even help alleviate your nausea, constipation, varicose veins, and swelling!

You will be surprised how much prenatal yoga helps during birth and recovery. Our Prenatal Yoga Series is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in your community.

Mat and props are provided. For your safety and well-being, please have this form filled out by your healthcare provider and bring it to your first class. To keep a calm space, please no siblings. No makeup classes provided. No refunds. No drop-ins.

Couples Prenatal Yoga

This bi-monthly class at MOGA is on a Sunday, from 12:45 pm – 2:00 pm. $35 per couple, tax included ($20 for moms registered in any current prenatal series).

The room will be set up for you – no need to bring anything! Tea will also be served.

Up next: Sunday, June 17. 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm. (Father's Day Special)
