About Tammy Chamberlin
I love life, I love yoga, and I love to share yoga. I attended my first yoga class in August 2015 and fell instantly in love. So in love, that I registered for the 200 hour teacher training and received my certification in July 2016. I have been sharing my love of yoga to rural communities in my area, offering gentle yoga, chair yoga, and now adding Mom & Baby Yoga to my offering. My style of teaching is mainly focused on the stretching and relaxation of the body, and the quiet stillness of the mind. I am so grateful to share my love of yoga with so many people and that I am able to do something that I love every day.
