About Ali Vella

After falling pregnant with my son last year I embarked on a pre and post natal course to compliment my existing Personal Training certification. I did this more to educate myself on how to safely continue my training while pregnant but teaching other mum's about the benefits of pre and post natal exercise has since become my love and passion. My approach to health is holistic and I believe purposeful moments of calm are as beneficial to our wellbeing as good nutrition and regular exercise. Being able to do this through yoga with my young son is both rewarding and efficient and i can't wait to share this with other mamas!
