You are about to begin a specially designed and physically demanding pre- and/ or post-natal yoga practice or training or other offering made available by MOGA MOMS ONLINE INC. (the “Program”). Before doing so, please consult with your physician, listen to your body, respect your own limits, and follow all safety instructions. Do not perform any postures or exercises that result in strain or pain to your body and pay attention to your well-being and to the safety of yourself and those around you, including but not limited to any infants that you may involve and interact with while following the Program. It is extremely important that you listen to your body, use common sense, take breaks, and hydrate as needed to avoid injury and help prevent serious medical conditions, such as rhabdomyolysis, a rare but potentially lethal threat impacting people who have not let their muscles adapt to difﬁcult workouts. Only you can know if you are in sufﬁcient physical condition to safely perform the Program. If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current ﬁtness abilities, or you feel any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your use of the Program or the particular exercise routine. Certain aspects of the Program use equipment which, if not used correctly, could lead to serious injury. For your safety, you must use any equipment shown in the workouts only as demonstrated, inspect any equipment prior to each use and refrain from using any equipment that appears damaged, worn or defective. For exercise moves that require wrapping exercise bands around your body, make sure the bands are ﬁrmly secure to prevent slipping and injury to yourself or anyone else. Always exercise caution during your use of equipment to make sure you do not lose your grip or control. In particular, please be cautious of wet or sweaty hands, making sure your hands are not wet or sweaty. Improper form or use of equipment can cause serious and/or permanent injury. Always make sure your exercise area is clear of any obstacles and that you are aware of your surroundings. If you have any unique or special medical conditions, such as if you’re you are pregnant, or if you have a history of knee, ankle, shoulder or spinal (back or neck) problems, we re-iterate that you must consult with a competent and reliable physician to understand all of the risks, contraindications and complications of using the Program, and that you receive authorization from them before beginning. Failure to do so could result in signiﬁcant injury to yourself and others (including, if applicable, your unborn child). By using this Program, you assume all dangers, hazards and risks of injury in the use of this program. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, MOGA MOMS ONLINE INC., its instructors, specialists, agents, employees, independent contractors, and affiliates, will not be liable to any person or entity for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by any exercise, workout, guidance, instruction or advice provided by the Program or by any other MOGA MOMS ONLINE INC. content. If you have completed a training and receive a certificate by MOGA MOMS ONLINE INC., be conscious that you are responsible for your students well-being and safety. It is strongly recommended that you seek independent legal advice with respect to insurance and waivers BEFORE you start teaching. Given the content of this Program, it is strongly recommended that you 1) complete a general First Aid course as well as a First Aid course specifically designed for babies and 2) complete a Yoga Teacher Training or other training program equipping you with the basic skills of leading a fitness class BEFORE teaching this Program.
