Our Mom and Baby Yoga is Sensory yoga for your little one. With sounds, songs and movement, your yoga class becomes an important tool in baby’s brain and emotional development. The class also benefits you mama, focusing on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor, to help you feel strong and confident in your new role.

The sequence works the whole body, including hip and hamstring openers, shoulder and side stretches, squats, lunges, twists, and deep core engagement, safe for the postnatal body.
