Birth Your Power is easy for mothers to begin. They start with an at their own pace 12-Step Online program created by mental health professionals. Once the first component is complete, they are virtually connected with a qualified mental health professional who provides a free consultation. If they decide they’d like to continue with the program, they have the option to continue with online counselling through one of our Birth Your Power Registered Clinical Counsellor Affiliates.
In order for a mother to truly be helped by a mental health professional, she needs to feel safe. She will not feel safe if she fears the judgement of others or the loss of her children – which is why an online program like Birth Your Power is a great first step for mothers who might be suffering in silence.
