They say that opposites attract and Amy and Hannah are living proof! They met in 2015 when Hannah became the lead yoga instructor at MOGA. Amy is the education-obsessed, business-loving, fast-paced power mom. Hannah is the definition of calm, kindness, and zen. They bonded over a shared passion for empowering women and a mantra of "birthing your power."
Amy and Hannah wanted to make mom and baby yoga accessible to all mothers and decided to take MOGA online. With the launch of MOGA Online, moms all over the world can get their confidence back.

I always knew that I wanted to be a mom, but pictured things a bit differently. I was a new mom, recently single, and living in a brand new city (so I could be closer to my family). I felt very alone, isolated and a stranger in my own body. I desperately needed to find my mama tribe. I wanted to create a space where health was focused on the whole mama and not just the push to “get your body back”.
I started MOGA by teaching mom and baby yoga at my midwife’s maternity clinic completely by donation for the charity Mamas for Mamas. MOGA was the first-ever donor to this amazing movement powered by Mamas.
My personal mission is that every mama deserves a community and my goal is to create the largest mom community in the world.
Supporting women in a full circle of motherhood is what fuels my soul. I am so honoured to teach mamas, wherever you are in the world, during this incredibly emotional, intense and beautiful time in your lives. It doesn’t matter that I cannot physically see you, your growing belly or your sweet baby in person, know that my heart is filled with so much love and compassion for you on this intense journey. Us mothers, we are all connected. And as a mother with this speciality, I can honestly say, “Mama, you got this!” Birth, the hard days, the brilliant days, the first birthdays, first steps, first colds, first airplane rides, lost teeth, the list goes on… But no matter what comes your way, you got this. Yoga and breathing are the best tools I can give you to help you with your birthing and mothering journeys. Thank you for inviting me into your home.
